Job Description:

• Experienced recruiting professionals who have worked in the IT recruitment space (End to End experienced)

• Should have sound knowledge of IT recruitment process

• Strong exposure in using all major job boards (.: Naukri, Monster etc.,)

• Strong exposure in identifying suitable candidates using social media tools (.: LinkedIn etc.,)

• Good knowledge in understanding software technologies and applications

• Sound communication skills (English)

• Client communication experience will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years (Junior role)

• 3 - 6 years (Senior role)

Education:

• Preferably MBA’s or any graduate

Work Location:

• Chennai (ON SITE)
