Job Description:

Experienced recruiting professionals who have worked in the IT recruitment space (End to End experienced)

Should have sound knowledge of IT recruitment process

Strong exposure in using all major job boards (.: Naukri, Monster etc.,)

Strong exposure in identifying suitable candidates using social media tools (.: LinkedIn etc.,)

Good knowledge in understanding software technologies and applications

Sound communication skills (English)

Client communication experience will be an added advantage

Experience:

1 - 3 years (Junior role)

3 - 6 years (Senior role)

Education:

Preferably MBAs or any graduate

Work Location:

Chennai (ON SITE)
