responsibilities •

sourcing from job portals, database, references and other sources. • validate the resume based on the checklist. • ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan. • forwards selected cvs to the team manager. • conduct interviews, short listing candidates and coordinating the same with the seniors. • communicate with candidates with the status updates, reference requirement etc. • maintain candidate relationship to get references and spread networking. • end-to-end recruitment sourcing short listing scheduling follow-up – joining. •

qualifications •

requires a mba/pgdm/any graduate degree. • should have 0-4 years of relevant experience (it or non-it recruitment).

any industry experience, sales or non sales, back office- candidates must be ready to make career in hr industry.

ready to work from kothrud, pune location.
