HR Recruiter

She/he shall be good in computer use. Must have excellent English communication. Candidate staying in Kothrud or nearby kothrud shall be preferred.,

Responsibilities •

Sourcing from Job Portals, Database, References and other sources. • Validate the resume based on the checklist. • Ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan. • Forwards selected CVs to the Team Manager. • Conduct interviews, short listing candidates and coordinating the same with the seniors. • Communicate with candidates with the status updates, reference requirement etc. • Maintain Candidate relationship to get references and spread networking. • End-to-end recruitment sourcing short listing scheduling follow-up – joining. •

Qualifications •

Requires a MBA/PGDM/Any graduate Degree. • Should have 0-4 years of relevant experience (IT or non-IT Recruitment).

Any Industry experience, sales or Non sales, Back office- candidates must be ready to make career in HR Industry.

Ready to work from Kothrud, Pune Location.
