Candidate staying in Kothrud or nearby kothrud shall be preferred.,Responsibilities Sourcing from Job Portals, Database, References and other sources. Validate the resume based on the checklist. Ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan. Forwards selected CVs to the Team Manager. Conduct interviews, short listing candidates and coordinating the same with the seniors. Communicate with candidates with the status updates, reference requirement etc. Maintain Candidate relationship to get references and spread networking. End-to-end recruitment sourcing short listing scheduling follow-up joining. Qualifications Requires a MBA/PGDM/Any graduate Degree. Should have 0-4 years of relevant experience (IT or non-IT Recruitment).Any Industry experience, sales or Non sales, Back office- candidates must be ready to make career in HR Industry.Ready to work from Kothrud, Pune Location.
