Calling and scheduling candidates.

Report preparation.

Clear verbal communication (English and Hindi) and documentation ability (English).

Good understanding, explaining and convincing ability.

Experience in recruitment.

Good experience in using job portals.

Experience in taking initial telephonic interviews.

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge in MS Office.

Knowledge in recruitment through social media including sites like Facebook, Shine, Work India,

Apna etc. is preferred.

Experience in Not IT recruitment and Bulk hiring is preferred
