Eligibility:

Fresher/Proven work experience as a Recruiter ( staffing agency recruiter)-Lateral hiring experience is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job location: Kengeri-Near Metro Station

Experience: 0 to 3 years Only

Shifts: Day shift Sunday fixed off

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Head Hunting,Screening resumes

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

Following up on the interview process status

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

Screen candidates resumes and job applications
