Eligibility:

* Fresher/Proven work experience as a Recruiter ( staffing agency recruiter)-Lateral hiring experience is a plus

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Job location: Kengeri-Near Metro Station

* Experience: 0 to 3 years Only

* Shifts: Day shift Sunday fixed off

Roles and Responsibilities:-

* Head Hunting,Screening resumes

* Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

* Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

* Following up on the interview process status

* Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

* Completing timely reports on employment activity

* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

* Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

* Screen candidates resumes and job applications
