eligibility:

* fresher/proven work experience as a recruiter ( staffing agency recruiter)-lateral hiring experience is a plus

* good communication and interpersonal skills

* job location: kengeri-near metro station

* experience: 0 to 3 years only

* shifts: day shift sunday fixed off

roles and responsibilities:-

* head hunting,screening resumes

* performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

* coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

* following up on the interview process status

* communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

* completing timely reports on employment activity

* design and implement overall recruiting strategy

* develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

* perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

* source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

* screen candidates resumes and job applications
