Handling existing clients and their current job openings.
Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them
on relevant platforms to attract candidates.
Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social
media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources and forwarding them to the
clients and following up with the clients for updates.
Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and
experience, and matching them with current positions.
Finding new sources for searching unique candidates.
Identifying new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements.
Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position.
Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions
Must have a bachelors degree
Minimum 6 months - 1 years experience as a Recruiter
Should have experience in Volume Hiring, Mass mailing, Bulk Hiring
Should have experience in Blue Collar Hiring (Contract Staffing Non-IT)
Proficiency in handling recruitment databases
- Proficient in Kannada Language
