We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy, HR recruiter for our organization.

Shift Timing: 9 AM TO 6 PM or 9:30 AM TO 6:30 PM

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 Years

Salary: 18k to 20 upto

No. of Position 10

6 days working

Work Location-Azadpur.

Responsibilities:

Designing and updating job descriptions.

End to End Recruitment.

Vendor Management.

Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels(Example-Linkedin, Naukri, Monster etc).

Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Experience with sourcing techniques.

Understanding of referral programs.

Skills:-

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum qualification graduate in any field.

Excellent time management skills

Must be Presentable.
