we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy, hr recruiter for our organization.

shift timing: 9 am to 6 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

experience: minimum 1 to 2 years

salary: 18k to 20 upto

no. of position – 10

6 days working

work location-azadpur.

responsibilities:

 designing and updating job descriptions.

 end to end recruitment.

 vendor management.

 sourcing potential candidates from various online channels(example-linkedin, naukri, monster etc).

 crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

 screen incoming resumes and application forms.

 proven work experience as an hr recruiter or similar role.

 familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

 experience with sourcing techniques.

 understanding of referral programs.

skills:-

 solid verbal and written communication skills.

 minimum qualification graduate in any field.

 excellent time management skills

 must be presentable.
