role overview:

as an hr intern, you'll support the hr team in various day-to-day activities, including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and hr operations. this internship will give you exposure to real-world hr practices and help you build a solid foundation for your career.

key responsibilities

* assist with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

* help and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment.

* maintain and update employee records in hr databases.

* support candidate engagement initiatives and internal communications.

requirements:

* currently pursuing/completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, social work or related field.

* strong verbal and written communication skills.

* good organizational and time-management abilities.

* eagerness to learn and take initiative.

*should have good interpersonal skills.

*should be a proactive person.

* proficiency in ms office (excel, word, powerpoint); familiarity with hr tools is a plus.
