Role Overview:
As an HR Intern, you'll support the HR team in various day-to-day activities, including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship will give you exposure to real-world HR practices and help you build a solid foundation for your career.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
* Help and manage the entire life cycle of Recruitment.
* Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
* Support candidate engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
*Should have Good Interpersonal Skills.
*Should be a Proactive person.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
