Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview graduate candidates for various roles.
Maintain and update recruitment databases using Excel for tracking applicant progress.
Draft and edit job descriptions, emails, and reports in Word.
Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Analyze hiring trends and report insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.
