we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our growing bfsi recruitment team. as a recruiter / junior recruiter, you will work closely with senior team members and clients to source, engage, and place top talent across the bfsi domain. this is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in recruitment and gain exposure to hiring for leading names in banking, financial services, and nbfc sectors.

key responsibilities:

support end-to-end recruitment for bfsi roles under guidance from seniors and team leads.

source potential candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.

assist in screening and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements across sales, operations, finance, and other bfsi functions.

coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and feedback collection.

engage and build relationships with candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

maintain recruitment mis, documentation, and daily reports.

work closely with clients and internal team to understand hiring needs and job roles.

uphold company values and contribute positively to the collaborative and vibrant culture at team ace hr.

candidate profile:

experience: 0 to 10 years in recruitment (experience or internships in bfsi hiring is a bonus but not mandatory).

industry background: freshers or candidates with experience in recruitment consultancies or bfsi-related roles are welcome.

educational qualification: minimum bachelors degree (mba in hr preferred but not mandatory).

skills required:

basic understanding or interest in the bfsi domain.

good verbal and written communication skills.

willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

good interpersonal and coordination skills.

self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
