Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The candidate should be target-driven and capable of closing at least 3 profiles per month. This role is purely salary-based with no incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Ensure closure of minimum 3 positions per month

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Follow up with candidates till joining

Understand job requirements clearly and deliver suitable profiles on time

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter

Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

Ability to work under targets and timelines

Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
