The candidate should be target-driven and capable of closing at least 3 profiles per month. This role is purely salary-based with no incentive structure.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positionsSource candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databasesScreen resumes and conduct telephonic interviewsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersEnsure closure of minimum 3 positions per monthMaintain recruitment trackers and candidate databasesFollow up with candidates till joiningUnderstand job requirements clearly and deliver suitable profiles on timeRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR RecruiterExperience in both IT and Non-IT hiringStrong communication and coordination skillsGood knowledge of recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)Ability to work under targets and timelinesImmediate or short notice joiners preferred
