Job description:
We are seeking a motivated Domestic Recruiter (0-2 year experience) to support end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and an interest in talent acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for domestic requirements
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment status
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Support onboarding and documentation activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-2 year of experience in domestic recruitment or freshers interested in HR/recruitment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
