• Work on client requirements and close the positions
• Sourcing, searching, recruiting manpower as per the open positions
• Develop candidates' data from social media and other sources
• Source candidates thru college campus thru coordination with Placement Officers at PAN India locations
• Understand the JD and company business
• Source profiles accordingly
• Shortlist and conduct preliminary Interviews by tele call / video call
• Schedule the interviews as per the client's schedules
• Coordinate with client for final selection and onboarding
• Invoicing and payment realization
• Engage candidates till onboarding and thereafter for next three months
• Prepare and maintain Recruitment Trackers appropriately regularly
• Maintain clients' masters
• Interact with key HR professionals of companies and develop new clients
• Any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
