Job Description

Design and update job descriptions

Source potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms like Naukri,Indeed,Times,Quikr and Monster etc..)

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

Bulk Hiring / Campus Hiring

Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, placement consultancy, colleges, and industry associations

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Staying current on the companys organization structure, company policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

will be responsible to independently handle all Employee documentation

Salary negotiation skill, reference check by past employer of candidate, candidate joining formalities.
