job description
• design and update job descriptions
• source potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms like naukri,indeed,times,quikr and monster etc..)
• interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• monitor key hr metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

• bulk hiring / campus hiring
• serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, placement consultancy, colleges, and industry associations
• completing timely reports on employment activity
• conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
• staying current on the company’s organization structure, company policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• will be responsible to independently handle all employee documentation
• salary negotiation skill, reference check by past employer of candidate, candidate joining formalities.
