**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Resume Screening:** Review resumes to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience, ensuring a good fit for the roles.

- **Conduct Interviews:** Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization.

- **Database Management:** Maintain a well-organized record of candidates in our recruitment database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:** Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with suitable candidates for their teams.

- **Communication with Candidates:** Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate should be a high school graduate, with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. An interest in human resources and a willingness to learn about recruitment processes is essential. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines is also important.
