key responsibilities:
candidate sourcing:

build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
collaborate with the hr team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
screening and interviewing:
review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
recruitment administration:
maintain and update candidate databases and records.
ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
onboarding and documentation:
assist in the onboarding process, including collecting required documents and verifying eligibility.
maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
qualifications:
education: bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
