This role is perfect for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment and who are eager to contribute to our company's growth.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Recruitment Administration:Maintain and update candidate databases and records.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.Onboarding and Documentation:Assist in the onboarding process, including collecting required documents and verifying eligibility.Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
