key responsibilities:
understand the hiring requirements for various roles from department heads.
source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
coordinating with external clients to fulfill their requirements
screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate
suitability.
coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback.
maintain and update the recruitment database/tracker.
draft job descriptions and post job ads across platforms.
assist with offer letters, onboarding documentation, and induction process.
requirements:
bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar hr role preferred.
familiarity with hiring processes and sourcing techniques (., boolean search).
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
ability to handle multiple open positions at once.
