**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sourcing Candidates**: Use online job portals, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for various positions within the company.

- **Conducting Interviews**: Perform initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

- **Coordinating with Hiring Managers**: Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure we bring in the best talent.

- **Managing Recruitment Database**: Maintain an organized database of applicants and track their progress throughout the recruitment process.

- **Assisting with Onboarding**: Help new hires acclimate to the company by guiding them through the onboarding process and any necessary documentation.
