The Telecaller Recruiter plays a vital role in candidate sourcing, conveying job opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensive
candidate database.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including job
portals, social media, and professional networks. Reach out to candidates in the existing database and
explore new avenues for talent acquisition.
Explaining Job Opportunities: Provide detailed and compelling information about job openings,
including responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, and other pertinent details. Effectively communicate
the value proposition of the position and the client company.
