-role: hr recruiter

-location: remote/wfh & hybrid(noida/ agra)

-experience: 1-10 years

-qualification: graduation/ mba

-hike up to 20% of last ctc

-max. budget 50,000/- pm

key responsibilities:

-manage end to end recruitment & selection process for both technical and non technical positions

-design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

-review and screen candidate resumes, provide feedback on interviews and assist in making hiring decisions

-proactively identify and address hiring needs, collaborating with stakeholders to plan requirements

-plan and execute smooth on boarding and joining formalities for new hires

requirements:

-a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administrations and other fiels

-the ability to conduct different types of interviews

-experience with recruitment processes and databases

-the ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

-excellent communication skills

-good decision making skills
