-Role: HR Recruiter

-Location: Remote/WFH & Hybrid(Noida/ Agra)

-Experience: 1-10 years

-Qualification: Graduation/ MBA

-Hike up to 20% of last CTC

-Max. Budget 50,000/- PM

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage end to end recruitment & selection process for both technical and non technical positions

-Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

-Review and screen candidate resumes, provide feedback on interviews and assist in making hiring decisions

-Proactively identify and address hiring needs, collaborating with stakeholders to plan requirements

-Plan and execute smooth on boarding and joining formalities for new hires

Requirements:

-A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administrations and other fiels

-The ability to conduct different types of interviews

-Experience with recruitment processes and databases

-The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

-Excellent communication skills

-Good decision making skills
