We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for driving end-to-end hiring for technology, product, business, and support roles. The ideal candidate will own the full-cycle recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
€¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
€¢ Partner with HR manager and team to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
€¢ Create, update, and publish compelling and accurate job descriptions.
€¢ Develop and execute data-driven hiring strategies tailored to each role.
€¢ Sourcing & Pipeline Management
€¢ Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and Boolean searches.
€¢ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Screening, Assessment & Coordination
€¢ Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
€¢ Coordinate interviews with hiring panels and ensure smooth scheduling.
€¢ Maintain strong follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
€¢ Conduct reference checks and negotiate salaries when required.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
€¢ Maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and hiring reports.
€¢ Ensure timely communication and exceptional candidate experience.
€¢ Work with ATS tools and internal trackers to maintain structured hiring data.
€¢ Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and legal hiring requirements.
Employer Branding & Collaboration
€¢ Collaborate on employer branding activities to strengthen NUKG€™s talent positioning.
€¢ Work closely with internal teams to forecast upcoming hiring needs.
€¢ Participate in onboarding improvements to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have:
€¢ 1+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
€¢ Strong experience hiring for IT, software engineering, product, and business roles.
€¢ Excellent sourcing and screening capabilities across multiple platforms.
€¢ Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
€¢ Experience using ATS tools, Excel/Sheets, and recruitment dashboards.
Good to Have:
€¢ Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
€¢ Experience managing high-volume hiring.
€¢ Understanding of compensation structuring and market benchmarking.
