Urgent Hiring: HR Payroll Trainee / Intern

Location: Coimbatore - Nava India

Salary/Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Work Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Trainee / Intern to join our HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll management, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes within a professional work environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Attendance Management:

Monitor, verify, and maintain daily employee attendance records with accuracy. Ensure all attendance entries are properly updated and discrepancies are resolved in coordination with concerned departments.

2. HRMS Data Management:

Maintain and regularly update employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Ensure all employee information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3. Payroll Assistance:

Support the payroll team in processing monthly salaries, including data validation, attendance inputs, leave records, and other payroll components.

4. Employee ID Creation:

Generate and manage employee IDs for new joiners, ensuring proper documentation and system entry.

5. Onboarding Support:

Assist in onboarding activities by collecting, verifying, and organizing employee documentation. Ensure all joining formalities are completed as per company policy.

6. Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain proper records of employee files and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll functions

Good communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications

Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
