Hiring: HR MIS Analyst

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR MIS Analyst to manage HR data, generate reports, analyze workforce metrics, and support data-driven HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.

Analyze employee data, headcount, attrition, attendance, and recruitment metrics.

Develop HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems.

Automate HR reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Coordinate with HR teams to collect and validate employee information.

Support management with workforce analytics and periodic reports.
