5. Hr Recruitment process (Selection, Interviewing, Offer letters, Compensation and Benefits, Salary Revisions, Promotions, Performance, Transfer, Talent Management surveys, HRIS, Succession Planning, Reward and Recognise, Exit Interview)

6. Design and Implementation of Company Policy and promote Healthy Work Environment

7. Hr Strategy to support Business

8. Setting the Goals for Hr Team and Reviewing progress

9. Job Description of all Roles

10. Support and suggest the entire Recruitment Process

11. Monitor Hr Matrix (Turn over and Cost per Hire)

12. Organize Learning and Development Programs

13. Handle Grievance Timely,

14. Maintain Hr Procedures that comply with Labour Regulations(Labour Laws, Complience)

15. Pay Roll process (Comprehensive Knowledge of Pay Grades and Benefit Structure)

16. Discuss Career development plans with managers and Train the Managers, of their people needs and support (Training Calendars)

17. Manage Employee issues like Code of Conduct, Ethics and Employee Retention and Policy Adherence

18. Summarize the Issues and Recommend Decision

19. Effective and Efficient Co Opeartion with Labour Agencies And Resolve Issues

20. Oversee day to day affairs like Attendance, Late, Permissions, Leaves of all employees and Time Management

21. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Parties and treats

22. Performance Management

23. Review on Departmental Budgets

24. Maintain the Service records of all employees through Hr Team(Left, Existing and New Joinees)Roles and Responsibilities
