 Manage Worker Attendance, Shift Planning And Overtime

 Oversee Payroll Processing (Including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity)

 Ensure Compliance With Factory Act And Other Labor Laws

 Handle Worker Grievances, Disputes And Disciplinary Actions

 Maintain Statutory Records And Coordinate With Government Authorities

 Implement HR Policies And Ensure Discipline On The Shop Floor

 Manage Contract Labor And Vendor Coordination

 Drive Employee Engagement, Welfare And Retention Activities

 Support Audits And Inspections (Labor, Safety, Compliance)
