Role Description

BlissPads is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our companys HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR activities, maintaining company policies, and supporting the administration of employee benefits. This is a full-time role that will be located on-site at our Coimbatore office.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sound knowledge of human resources policies and procedures

At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR management

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong ethical values
