▪ conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to find the best talent.
▪ collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
▪ track recruitment metrics and continuously improve strategies.
▪ ensure smooth onboarding and support new hires in their journey with us.
▪ assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
▪ team leadership: lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to meet recruitment goals.
▪ stakeholder management: work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
▪ strategic recruitment planning: design and execute recruitment campaigns for senior and specialized roles across different functions.
