Key Responsibilities:
â–ª Develop and implement recruitment strategies for multiple roles across the company.
â–ª Source top candidates using job boards (Naukri, Monster, Indeed) and networking platforms (LinkedIn).
â–ª Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to find the best talent.
â–ª Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
â–ª Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve strategies.
â–ª Ensure smooth onboarding and support new hires in their journey with us.
â–ª Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
â–ª Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to meet recruitment goals.
â–ª Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
â–ª Strategic Recruitment Planning: Design and execute recruitment campaigns for senior and specialized roles across different functions.
Qualifications:
â–ª Proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably startup).
â–ª Expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
â–ª Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships.
â–ª Multitasking skills with the ability to manage various recruitment pipelines.
