role & responsibilities:
• responsible for formulation, review and successful implementation of hr policies & procedures with consultation of management.
• preparation of budget for hr department, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, induction, training & development, performance appraisal & reward system to build and retain a committed workforce.
• supervision of hr database maintenance, personnel file maintenance and monthly attendance.
• designed and implemented employee motivation programmes like team building activities, in-house competitions, workshops etc.
• preparation of mis reports
• conduct exit interview
• responsible for full and final settlement of exit employees.
• responsible for issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, background verification and database updating for all the employees.
• responsible for on-boarding & induction.
• maintained and updated all hr documents . employees' personal records, training records, payroll records etc. as per the statutory requirements under shops & establishment act and iso procedures.
• responsible for formulation, review and successful implementation of hr policies & procedures with consultation of management.
