responsibilities:

source, screen, and attract top talent

develop job descriptions and post job openings across platforms

manage the recruitment lifecycle from interviews to onboarding

coordinate with hiring managers across teams

qualifications:

proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment

strong interpersonal and communication skills

ability to manage multiple roles and timelines

comfortable using recruiting tools and software

bachelor's degree in hr, business, or related field

prior experience in tech recruitment is a plus

self-driven and comfortable working remotely
