responsibilities:

🔹 source, screen, and attract top talent

🔹 develop job descriptions and post job openings across platforms

🔹 manage the recruitment lifecycle �� from interviews to onboarding

🔹 coordinate with hiring managers across teams

🔹 ensure an excellent candidate experience

qualifications:

�� proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment

�� strong interpersonal and communication skills

�� ability to manage multiple roles and timelines

�� comfortable using recruiting tools and software

�� bachelor's degree in hr, business, or related field

�� prior experience in tech recruitment is a plus

�� self-driven and comfortable working remotely
