HR intern should be able to demonstrate excellent sourcing and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time/Internship

Length: 3 months- After 3 Months depending upon the performance, we can absorb the intern as a permanent employee.

Note: We need immediate joiners only. Starting Salary will be Rs. 7,000/- Net Take Home per Month + Lucrative Incentives per month.

Schedule: Day shift 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirement: Bachelors degree in Human resource management or studying towards a degree of human resource management or related field.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the full hiring cycle- requirement gathering, sourcing, pre-screening scheduling, and coordinating for interviews

2. Following up on the interviews process status

3. Making tracker- sheet on a regular basis for proper records

4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

5. Ability to work as part of a team

6. Effective communication skills

7. Zeal to learn and grow
