styflowne finance services private limited is seeking a motivated hr intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. this role will provide exposure to various hr functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and hr administration. the ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

#### key responsibilities:

- assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

- help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the hr information system.

- assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

- support employee engagement initiatives and hr projects.

- provide administrative support to the hr team, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

- respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate hr personnel.

#### qualifications:

- currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

- strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
