#### Job Summary:

Styflowne Finance Services Private Limited is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.

- Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.

#### Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
