What You'll Do:

Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for open positions across various departments.

Screen resumes and applications with an eagle eye for top talent.

Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.

Prepare interview agendas and candidate information for the hiring team.

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate data.

Support with onboarding new hires and other administrative tasks.

Actively participate in recruitment projects and initiatives.

Who You Are:

A highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

Adept at building rapport and creating a positive candidate experience.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (preferred).
