Role and Responsibility Responsible for Exploring New Market and generating new business leads from General Trade/Supermarket/Organic Stores etc., Responsible for Product placement/Promotion and Product availability. Identify Potential prospect in High level society to generate new and more Business. Responsible appointing distributor and Managing them for timely order delivery. Work on range selling and cross selling of our products. Responsible for sales forecasting of existing products and achieving the assigned target within the assigned geographical area. Tracking of all outlets to be billed and delivered Responsible for Primary and Secondary Order generation.

In this role, the BTL Executive will be responsible for implementing the company's / client's marketing strategies through various below-the-line activities. The BTL Executive will also be responsible for executing on-ground campaigns, maintaining relationships with vendors and agency partners, as well as analyzing and reporting on campaign resultsResponsibilities:Conduct marketing needs analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.Coordinate and arrange promotional activities in collaboration with various shops and retail outlets.Promote company products through effective communication and presentation strategies.Conduct meetings with approximately 80-100 different shops to discuss promotional strategies and product placement.Organize and conduct 15-20 meetings per week to build and maintain relationships with shop owners and managers.Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional campaigns and strategies.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in BTL marketing or event activationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with vendors and agency partnersStrong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and reporting on campaign resultsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic Hindi and English fluency required.Proficiency in regional languages - Tamil, Telugu is essential.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
