Responsibilities
1. Independently manage the recruitment and hiring process
2. Package negotiation skills, employee onboarding
3. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies with initiatives
aligned to the overall business strategy
4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
5. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
6. Administer compensation and benefit plans
7. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
8. Undertake tasks around performance management
9. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover
rates
10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
11. Organize probation period and annual employee performance reviews
12. Organizing team building activities
13. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or
other issues
14. Nurture a positive working environment
15. Ensure compliance with labour law regulations
