Responsibilities1. Independently manage the recruitment and hiring process2. Package negotiation skills, employee onboarding3. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies with initiativesaligned to the overall business strategy4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves andcompensation and resolve any issues that may arise5. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form6. Administer compensation and benefit plans7. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace8. Undertake tasks around performance management9. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnoverrates10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics11. Organize probation period and annual employee performance reviews12. Organizing team building activities13. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, orother issues14. Nurture a positive working environment15. Ensure compliance with labour law regulations
