Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
MIS & documentation including personnel file maintenance.
Handling PF, ESI & Labour Law.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Good in handling compliance related and buyer audit activities.
Hire employees through different sources and manage the recruitment and selection process.
Preparing and distributing weekly and monthly wages for contract and permanent employees.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Arrange and co-ordinate the monthly committee meetings.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensuring Safety, health and welfare of the employees.
Maintaining database of employees.
