 Looking for 4-8 years of experience.
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
 MIS & documentation including personnel file maintenance.
 Handling PF, ESI & Labour Law.
 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
 Good in handling compliance related and buyer audit activities.
 Hire employees through different sources and manage the recruitment and selection process.
 Preparing and distributing weekly and monthly wages for contract and permanent employees.
 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
 Arrange and co-ordinate the monthly committee meetings.
 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
 Ensuring Safety, health and welfare of the employees.
 Maintaining database of employees.
