Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and experienced HR Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the entire HR function and overall office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring data
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
HR Operations
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Handle employee engagement and grievance management
Conduct performance reviews and support appraisal processes
Office & Administration Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations and discipline
Manage vendors, office supplies, and administrative requirements
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities
Coordinate with finance and management for HR-related activities
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain HR documentation and statutory records
Handle audits and HR reporting when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & recruitment
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage the office independently
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
