Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive *HR Generalist* to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and preferably exposure to technical recruitment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

* Handle technical and non-technical recruitment requirements.

* Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.

* Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

* Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

* Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

* Monitor employee performance and maintain relevant HR records.

* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment performance reports.

* Support employee engagement and retention activities.

* Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and recruitment status.

* Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

### Required Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good interpersonal and employee-handling skills.

* Strong recruitment and candidate screening ability.

* Knowledge of technical recruitment is preferred.

* Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.

* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / MS Office.

* Ability to maintain HR records and prepare reports.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.

### Qualification

* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

* Candidates with relevant HR experience and strong recruitment exposure may also apply.
