Conducting initial round of interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Act as a consultant to new recruits & help them onboard
Maintaining & Relaying of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports detailing the progress with the overall recruitment process & achievement of set recruitment targets
Executing Offer Letters, T&Cs, Induction and related On-Boarding requirements for new recruits
Executing Salary Slips, exit documents, employee policies, Rewards & Recognition programs & related employee engagement plans etc for
