• source / headhunt potential candidates using various online & offline channels & professional platforms.
• craft recruiting emails to attract potential candidates. review & screen resumes and applications
• conducting initial round of interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
• participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• act as a consultant to new recruits & help them onboard
• maintaining & relaying of daily, weekly, monthly reports detailing the progress with the overall recruitment process & achievement of set recruitment targets
