· Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.

· Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.

· Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.

· Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.

· Preparing new employee files & Maintaining current HR files and database.

· Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records

· Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system

· Creating an environment of open communication.

· Organizing important events of the organization.

· Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.

· Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.

· Overseeing the termination process of an employee.

· Counseling employees who are stressed.

· Introducing employee wellness programs.

· Creating company policies based on best practices.

· Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.
