Job Title: HR Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new employees

Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions

Ensure strict compliance with local labour laws and regulations

Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.

Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions and employee benefits.

Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee exits

Manage HR-related data and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role

Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
