Coordinate with various depts. And understand their staffing requirement

Manage the organizations employee database & Potential records

Formulate & Maintain HR Policies

Maintain daily attendance & leave of in house / field staff

Attending statutory HR task

Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Facilitate and Maintain office Assets

Arrange and Content office events

Procuring resources and material required for smooth functioning of office

Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
