Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
• Sourcing & Screening Resumes from Job Portals, employee referrals and rehire of ex-employees, professional or social networking sites.
• Handle complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short- listing Profiles, Scheduling, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups.
• Scheduling, arranging, freezing & coordinating all rounds of interviews.
• Identifying & evaluating the key skills of the candidates with regard to the job description.
