As An Hr Executive, You Will Be Responsible For
Managing the Human Resources Function Within Our Organization. this Includes Tasks such as Recruiting and Hiring Employees,
managing Employee Benefits and Payroll
Enforcing Company Policies and Procedures.
You Will also Be Responsible for Developing and Implementing Hr Strategies and Initiatives Aligned with the Overall Business Strategy, as Well as Advising Management On Hr-related Matters and Collaborating with other Departments to Be Sure that Hr Programs and Policies Align with the Overall Business Goals of the Organization.
