as an hr executive, you will be responsible for
• managing the human resources function within our organization. this includes tasks such as recruiting and hiring employees,

• enforcing company policies and procedures.
• you will also be responsible for developing and implementing hr strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, as well as advising management on hr-related matters and collaborating with other departments to be sure that hr programs and policies align with the overall business goals of the organization.
