• Handle end-to-end HR processes including payroll management, benefits administration, and employee records.
• Implement and maintain HR policies in line with company standards and legal compliance.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation, HRMIS updates, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning, recruitment support, and training needs.
