HR Executive (Male)

K9HR SOLUTIONS, Jahanvee Patel, HR Manager (+91 ) is Looking for HR Executive to support our human resources department in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Handle the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing candidates. Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

2. **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. Address and resolve employee issues while promoting a positive workplace culture.

3. **HR Record Management**: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

4. **Performance Management**: Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes and support managers in assessing employee performance.

5. **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and help organize training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and competencies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate must be a male graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks and possess a good understanding of HR practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is essential. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial for success in this role.
