Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Salary & Compensation: Preparation and management of monthly salary processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
€¢ Statutory Compliance: Administer and ensure compliance with regulations such as ESI, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
€¢ Annual Reviews & Increment: Oversee the annual review process, including performance evaluations, salary increments, and promotions.
€¢ Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve HR-related queries.
Required Skills:
€¢ Expert in Salary Preparation: Must be proficient in payroll processing, managing deductions, and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
€¢ Statutory Compliance Knowledge: Well-versed in ESI, EPF, Bonus, and other statutory compliance laws.
€¢ Annual Review & Increment Process: Experience in managing the performance appraisal cycle, salary increments, and handling promotions.
€¢ HRMS Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and tools for payroll, attendance, and MS Office etc.
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor's degree.
€¢ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
€¢ Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employee benefits.
