key responsibilities:
salary & compensation: preparation and management of monthly salary processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
statutory compliance: administer and ensure compliance with regulations such as esi, epf, bonus, gratuity, etc.
annual reviews & increment: oversee the annual review process, including performance evaluations, salary increments, and promotions.
employee relations: act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve hr-related queries.
required skills:
expert in salary preparation: must be proficient in payroll processing, managing deductions, and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
statutory compliance knowledge: well-versed in esi, epf, bonus, and other statutory compliance laws.
annual review & increment process: experience in managing the performance appraisal cycle, salary increments, and handling promotions.
hrms knowledge: familiarity with hr software and tools for payroll, attendance, and ms office etc.
qualifications:
bachelor's degree.
minimum 2-3 years of experience in an hr executive or similar role.
understanding of hr policies, labor laws, and employee benefits.
