Roles and Responsibilities an HR Executive:

Design and update job descriptions.

Screen incoming resumes and job applications.

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to Hiring Manager.

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Thorough knowledge of Job Portals- LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. and recruitment through socialmedia.

Conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment with various Recruitment

Partners/Agencies.

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports.

Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Requirements and Skills:

- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.

- Attention to detail and good judgement.

- Self-Motivated. Friendly personality. Team player.

- Must have team-handling skills.

- Proficient in Office 365. Outlook/Word /Excel /PowerPoint.

- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays

Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays
